IPM Lifetime Gold Award is the highest achievement ever to be presented in the sphere of HRM in Sri Lanka. This coveted Award is presented to an exceptional IPM member in recognition of his or her unparalleled contribution to advance the Human Resource Management discipline in Sri Lanka.

All IPM members who have committed themselves to propelling HRM as a value creating profession by continuously pushing the boundaries through impactful human capital strategies across organisational, national or global level with over 10 years hands-on experience in a strategic, operational and/or advocacy role within the HRM discipline are eligible to take part in this prestigious competition.


‘PQHRM HR Professional of the Year’ is a prestigious award that recognises the meaningful contributions of PQHRM graduates within the ‘world of work’. All young and aspiring HR practitioners who have successfully completed the IPM Sri Lanka PQHRM qualification are eligible to take part in this competition.

IPM Sri Lanka HR Leaders’ Awards programme is a national level initiative that aims at recognising sound and vibrant people management practices in the world of work.

It is a unique awards programme that unleashes the efforts of the HR and L&D professionals and showcases groundbreaking initiatives and innovative HR practices that have contributed towards ‘value creation’ within the business landscape.

Awarded under three KRA’s of the HR discipline: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Industrial/Employee Relations, people-centred individuals who have produced benchmark results in these key HR facets will be awarded the prestigious HR Leaders’ Award in recognition of their overall excellence in these HR practices.
